In teaching we impart current ecological knowledge on the influence of land use on biodiversity and ecosystem services. We teach the scientific, social and legal foundations of ecosystem protection, environmental planning and management, knowledge of species and methods, and software functionalities. In seminars, current topics of nature conservation are critically discussed and landscape ecology is experienced on joint excursions.
